The Organizing Committee of 2012 Joint Congress of Medial Ultrasound in Seoul has reserved sufficient rooms at discounted convention rates to accommodate all participants. Reservations will be made on first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

1. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
2. All room rates are per room per night and exclude breakfast.
3. All personal charges, i.e. room service, phone, mini bar, are participant's responsibility.
4. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
5. Extra person's charges or extra bed' charges are subjected to each hotel's policy.
6. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time
    without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional room night.
